Reba F. Franklin, 74, Jack Miller Avenue, Russell Springs, KY, died Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 4:51pmCT, at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Funeral servies will be at 11amCT, Monday, April 28, 2014, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Herl Robertson and Bro. Mitchell Bunch officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Sunday, April 27, 2014, at the funeral home.

She was born Thursday, August 3, 1939, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Osco Bell and the late Anna Pearl (Craig) Bell. She died Thursday, April 24, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, Fayette County, KY at the age of 74 years, 8 months, and 21 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Word of God Church, Russell Springs, KY.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Franklin, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • Four sons: Ronald Franklin, Donald Franklin, Dennis Franklin, and Jeffrey Franklin, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • Four daughters: Deloris Miller and Patricia Graves, both of Jamestown, KY; Beverly Wilson, Campbellsville, KY; and Linda Stapp, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two brothers: Eugene Bell, Jamestown, KY; and Freddy Bell, Shepherdsville, KY

  • Four sisters: Rena Grider, Jamestown, KY; Linda Graves, Louisville, KY; Carol Crisman, Taylorsville, KY

  • and Betty Perkins, Colorado, KS
  • Nineteen grandchildren

  • One step grandcchildren

  • Nine great grandchildren

  • Two step great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by one brother, Hansel Tudor Bell, and two great grandchildren.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
