Mr. Charles R. Fawcett, Campbellsville, KY (1932-2014) Mr. Fawcett was a retired farmer and carpenter. Several of his miniature homes have been showcased in different Fourth of July Parades in Campbellsville. He had professed faith in Christ, and was a member of Palestine Baptist Church. Click on headline for complete obituary with photo(s) Mr. Charles Richard Fawcett, 81, of Campbellsville, KY, passed away at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg, KY, on Saturday, April 12, 2014. He was 81 years of age. There will be a funeral service for Mr. Fawcett held at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 1pmCT/2pmET. Interment will follow at the Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET. Pallbearers for Mr. Fawcett are Chris Cook, Jason Cook, Scott Pickett, Jimmy Bault, Doug Hunt, Danny Hunt, Norman Watson, and Jeff Roach. He was born Tuesday, August 16, 1932. He was the son of the late Robert and Rosa (Wilson) Fawcett. He died April 12, 2014, in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 7 months, and 27 days. Mr. Fawcett was a retired farmer and carpenter. Several of his miniature homes have been showcased in different Fourth of July Parades in Campbellsville.
