Adair Fiscal Court announces two days of free tipping

Judge Executive Ann Melton and the Adair County Fiscal Court are proud to offer a wonderful opportunity for the residents of Adair County to dispose of unwanted items and materials on 7am-3pmCT, Friday, May 2, 2014 and on Satuday, May 3, 2014, 7am-12pmCT, at the Mid-State Transfer Station, 877 L Willis Road, Columbia, KY, Phone 270-384-6014.

These items will not be accepted:
Tires, hazardous material, dirt, concrete, rocks, stacks lumber, steel cables, burning barrels, capacitors, tanks (acetylene, oxygen, propane)
Note: Paint will be accepted only if it has been dried with either sand and/or cat litter.

Personnel will be on-site to help with unloading
