Dulcie M. Russell, age 85, of Louisville, KY passed away on Thursday April 3, 2014, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, 1:00 P.M. Monday April 7, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Bro. Clifford DeHart officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 8:30amCT/9:30amET, Monday April 7, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born in Liberty, KY, Monday, December 31, 1928. She was a daughter of the late James William and Grace Thomas Huffaker. She died Thursday, April 3, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 85 years, 3 months, and 3 days.

She was the widow of Luther Russell and was a homemaker.

Survivors include the following:
  • Six daughters; Shirley Miller and Deborah Ramsey both of Texas; Bonnie Jean Buck of Vine Grove, KY, Brenda Sue Wiggie and Tracy Wheeler both of Mt. Washington, KY, and Sandra Combs of Louisville, KY

  • One son: Joe Russell of Georgia

  • Twenty-one grandchildren

  • Twenty-eight great-grandchildren

  • Six great-great-grandchildren

  • One brother; Jack Huffaker of TN
