Greensburg Police arrest man indicted on 95 counts

74 year old charged with 95 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Arrest follows KSP investigation by Detective Bradly Stotts of Columbia State Police Post 15 in Columbia, and indictment returned on March 31, 2014, by the Green County Grand Jury

GREENSBURG, KY - 74-year-old Charles Penick of Greensburg was arrested this morning, Thursday, April 3, 2014, at 12:03amCT, charged with 95 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor. After a lengthy investigation, Kentucky State Police Detective Bradly Stotts presented the findings to the Green County Grand Jury on Monday, March 31, 2014. The Grand Jury returned the indictment and Greensburg Police executed the warrant this morning. Penick was lodged in the Taylor County Jail. The investigation is ongoing. - TFC Billy R. Gregory
