March 10, 2014 Green County Grand Jury returns 10 indictments

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on March 31, 2014:

  1. Mellssa A. Hardwick (D/O/B 1972), Wright Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 14 CR00011-002. - Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon (Class D Felony) Bond: $15,000.
  2. Jennifer M. Pierce (D/O/B 1989), Cotton Caudoin Road, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR00019. - Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Welfare Fraud (Commencement of Proceeding for Enforcement. (Class D. Felony) Bond: $1,000 cash.
  3. Lawrence E. Pickett (D/O/B 1970), Hillview Acres, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR00020. - Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon (Class D. Felony) Bond: $10,000 unsecured.
  4. Lawrence E. Pickett (D/O/B 1970), Hillview Acres, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR00021. - Charged with 2 count. Count 1 - Receiving Stolen Property (firearm) (Class D Felony) . Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender, 2nd Degree. Bond: $10,000 unsecured. No contact victim.
  5. Charles E. Penick (D/O/B 1939), ADDRESS. Indictment No.14 CR00022. - Charged with 95 count. Count(s) 1-95 - Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor (Class D. Felony). Bond: $20,000/10%
  6. Thomas G. Bardin (D/O/B 1961), Summersville, KY Indictment No. 14 CR00023. - Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support (Class D Felony). Bond: $1,000 cash
  7. Marijane L. Brandenburg (D/O/B 1982 ), Hudson Street, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 14 CR00024. - Charged with 3 count. Count 1 - Assault 3rd Degree - Police Officer (Class D Felony). Count 2 - Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd Degree (motor Vehicle) (Class A Misdemeanor). Count 3 - Disorderly Conduct 1st Degree (class A Misdemeanor) Bond: $15,000/10%. No contact with victim.
  8. Bradley Ferguson (D/O/B 1983), Christian Road, Columbia, KY Indictment No.14 CR00025. - Charged with 4 count. Count 1 - Burglary 2nd Degree (Class C. Felony). Count 2 - Criminal Mischief 1st Degree (Class D Felony. Count 3 - Possession of Marijuana (Class B. Misdemeanor). Count 4 - Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree. Bond: $20,000. No contact victim/premises.
  9. Christopher R. Head (D/O/B 1991), McNeeley Drive, Louisville, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00026-1. - Charged with Two count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking, auto (Class D. Felony). Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree. Bond: $20,000/10%
  10. Destiny E. Jecker (D/O/B 1994), Markwell Lane, Louisville, KY Indictment No. 14 CR00026-2. - Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by Unlawful Taking - Auto (Class D Felony) Bond: $15,000/10/5.
