David Daniels, 49, Adair Co., KY (1964-2014) He was a son of the late Orlean Wooton Daniels and is survived by his father, Sam Daniels, of Hazard, KY. He was born December 4, 2014, in Hazard, Perry County, KY. He died Thursday, March 27, 2014, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 49 years, 3 months, and 23 days.
