She was 71 years, 11 months, and 18 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Maple Hill United Methodist Church. She was a hairdresser, former President of the Kentucky Hairdressers Association, and former Vice-President of the National Cosmetology Association. She united in marriage to Anthony Wayne "Tony" Free on January 17, 1970 who preceded her in death on June 1, 1992. Survivors include the following:
