Visitation is requested 3pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Thursday until time of the funeral service. Mrs. Delois Murrel Free, Metcalfe County, KY (1942-2014) Mrs. Delois Murrell Free of Louisville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Joshua Garland "Dadie" Murrell and Lucille Nunn Murrell, was born on Monday, April 6, 1942 in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Monday, March 24, 2014 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY. She was 71 years, 11 months, and 18 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Maple Hill United Methodist Church. She was a hairdresser, former President of the Kentucky Hairdressers Association, and former Vice-President of the National Cosmetology Association. She united in marriage to Anthony Wayne "Tony" Free on January 17, 1970 who preceded her in death on June 1, 1992. Survivors include the following:
