Max Cameron Taylor, Cane Valley, KY (1924-2014) He was a highly regarded merchant and community leader in Cane Valley, KY. He was the proprietor of Taylor Farm Store for many years, and a member of Cane Valley Christian Church, VFW Post 6097 and the Hill & Valley Saddle Club.He was the son of the late Samuel Ray & Ella Helm Taylor. His wife of 67 years, Laveda Bennett Taylor, survives. He leaves 16 direct living descendants. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving in Europe during WWII. Max Cameron Taylor, Cane Valley, KY (1924-2014) He was born Saturday, August 30, 1924, in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Samuel Ray & Ella Helm Taylor. He died Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 89 years, 6 months, and 5 days. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Porter, Osborne & Charles Taylor; and one sister, Louise Selby. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving in Europe during WWII. He was the proprietor of Taylor Farm Store for many years, and a member of Cane Valley Christian Church, VFW Post 6097 and the Hill & Valley Saddle Club. Survivors include the following:
