Zachary Neal Stephens, 26, of Russell Springs, died Sunday, March 2, 2014 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral service for Zachary Neal Stephens will be 2pmCT, Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Rev. Johnny Davis and Rev. Michael Lee officiating. Friends may call after 10amCT, Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Whites Chapel Cemetery.


Pallbearers: Brandon York, Nathan Acree, Jonathan Stephens, Nick Stephens, Bradley Stephens, and Bill Garner

He was born Monday, November 16, 1987 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, to Barry Neal & Tracy Lynn Acree Stephens, who survive. He died Sunday, March 2, 2014 in Eli, Russell County, KY, at the age of 26 years, 3 momths, and 16 days.

He was an employee of Liberty Tank Company and a member of Whites Chapel Separate Baptist Church. Survivors include the following:
  • Parents: Barry & Tracy Stephens, Russell Springs, KY

  • Maternal grandparents: Jimmy & Delores Acree, Russell Springs, KY

  • Paternal grandfather: Teddy & Betty Stephens, Russell Springs, KY

  • Paternal grandmother: Alverta Stephens, Russell Springs, KY

  • A host of other family members
