Adair CJE office closed: Emergency Numbers posted

Adair County Judges Office closed today

By Gale Cowan
Adair County Finance Officer

The Adair County Judge's Office will be closed today due to the weather. Judge Executive Ann Melton is advising everyone to stay off the roads unless it is an emergency to be out. If you have an emergency, please call the 911 center or you may also call Judge Melton at 270-250-1204 or Gale Cowan at 270-250-3271. If you need to report roads you may call the county highway barn at 270-384-3738. Please understand that road crews are out salting roads but they are very slick and hazardous. Crews will use their own judgment and put their safety as well as safety of motorists as their first priority. Please stay safe and only get out if you have to. - Gale Cowan
