Thomas H. Wethington, 48, of Casey County, KY, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. He was 48. Cremation rites have been honored by McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. There are no services.

He was born Tuesday, September 28, 1965 in Georgetown, Scott County, KY, He was the son of the late Thomas Homer and Mildred Wesley Wethington. He died Sunday, February 23, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 48 years, 4 months, and 25 days.

He was an arborist and worked in the tree trimming industry.

Survivors include his wife, Tara Clements Wethington of Liberty, KY, and the following:
  • Daughters: Crystal Wethington of Mt. Washington, KY; and Tonya Ricketts of Louisville, KY

  • Step-daughter: Reianna Clements of Liberty, KY

  • Step-son: Ethan Clements of Liberty, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Sister: Kathy Wethington of Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Caregiver: Janet Vest of Liberty, KY
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Tony Wallace and Angel Jean Wethington.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
