He was a member of a highly regarded Metcalfe County family, the son of the late Albert and Alverta Edwards Hubbard. His wife, Kay Hubbard, survives.

Stevie Allen Hubbard age 53 of Edmonton, KY, died Saturday February 22, 2014 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be 1pmCT, Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, February 24, 2014, 4pm-8pmCT, at the funeral home.

He was the son of the late Albert and Alverta Edwards Hubbard.

He is survived by his wife Kay Hubbard of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
  • One brother: Terry and wife Kim Hubbard of Edmonton, KY

  • Four sisters: Jeaniene and husband Fred Shirley of Glasgow, KY; Marcella and husband Gary Ervin of Greensburg, KY; Teresa and husband Jack Shive of Edmonton, KY; and Stella and husband Mark Ballou of Murfreesboro, TN

  • Several nieces and nephews
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son Allen Hubbard.

Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, in charge of arrangements.
