Demaree Richards and crew were epitome of professionalism

Mr. Richards and his crew built all the new buildings in the administration of President V.P. Henry

Martha Berry writes:
Ed, Demaree Richards built all the new buildings on campus while my Dad was President. That included the President's Home, the house next door that was built as an resident apartment home for teachers and faculty, the smallish building next to the Turner Building. I am not sure of the others. Demaree and his crew, all local men, were a fixture on the campus for several years and did a magnificent job of construction. In their bib overalls or coveralls, they were the epitome of professionalism. - Martha Berry
