Jerome Clements, of KY Highway 206, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home in Casey County, KY. He was 86.

Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET, Sunday, February 23, 2014 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Clifford DeHart officiating. Burial will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday, February 22, 2014, 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Richie Vaughn, James Daniel, L.J. Pittman, Ashley Pittman, Walter Pittman, and Junior Clements.

Born May 11, 1927 in Casey County, KY. He was the son of the late Henry Thomas and Della Vivian Campbell Clements. He died Saturday, February 20, 2014, in Casey County, KY, at the age of 86 years, 9 months, and 9 days.

He was a carpenter and loved to fish and hunt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Wheeler Clements, who died May 18, 2005; brothers, Clarence, John, and Marvin Clements; and sisters, Gretha Wethington, Laura Pearl Clements, Minnie Ann Clements, and Susie Clements.

Survivors include the following:
  • A son: David (and Paula) Clements of Liberty, KY

  • A daughter, Rosemary Daniel of Liberty, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • And four great-grandchildren
In lieu of flowers, donation may be given to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
