KSP warning- The One-Ring Scam Click on headline for complete story, list of countries & area codes from which many of the calls emanate Click on headline for complete story From Kentucky State Police FRANKFORT, KY - The Kentucky State Police is warning cell phone users to be aware of a new scam called "The One-Ring Scam."
