Volunteers needed to help with C-ville Fourth of July Celebration The Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration has been a much anticipated yearly event in Taylor County and surrounding areas. By Allen Gaddis There will be a Campbellsville Fourth of July Planning 2014 public forum and information session Thursday evening, February 13, 2014 at 5pmCT/6pmET, at the Kentucky Farm Bureau Community Meeting Room (enter from the rear of the building), 112 Nancy Cox Drive, Campbellsville, KY. If you've been thinking about offering to serve or how to give back to your community, would just like to know more about what the Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration is about or just want to come and say thanks to all those who work so hard planning, organizing, crafting and building the Celebration we've all come to know and love, we hope you'll be here. For over 38 years, the Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration has been a much anticipated yearly event in Taylor County and surrounding areas. Campbellsville Fourth of July Celebration is already at work planning and preparing for what promises to be the biggest, best, and most anticipated July 4th weekend in all of Campbellsville history. As the Celebration grows, so does the need for passionate volunteers to serve on the Celebration team. We need folks to serve in a number of areas from stage hands to organizational gurus to just being willing to assist on projects to working the day of to any number of small jobs before, during and after the Celebration. If you're 14 years old or older, we have a place for YOU, so come on out and contribute to making this year's Celebration one to remember! - Allen Gaddis This story was posted on 2014-02-08 05:34:45
