All Adair students admitted free at doubleheader tonight

It's student appreciation night at Adair County High fans are encourage to wear blue.

All Adair County students will be admitted free of charge at the Tuesday night, January 21, 2014, girl/boy doubleheader with Marion County. The girls will tipoff at 5:30pmCT, while the boy's will begin at approximately 7:15pmCT, at Adair County High School Gym, 526 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY.




The Lady Indians (9-6) will attempt to knock the Lady Knights (7-8) out as the number 1 district seed for the first time in several years. The Lady Knights were the undefeated state champions in 2013 and state runner-up in 2012. The Lady Knights are 2-0 in district play while the Lady Indians are 2-1 in district action.

In boys action the Indians come into Tuesday nights contest riding a four game winning streak and own an 11-6 record. Marion County has won 9 in a row and hold a 13-3 record. The Indians own a 1-2 district mark while the Knights are 2-0 in district play.

All Adair County fans are encouraged to wear blue.
