Schools on regular schedule Jan. 9, 2014 Schools GO/NO GO reports thus far Open on 1-Hour Delay, Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014: Taylor County School District Open on Regular Schedule, Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014: Adair Co. School District, Green County School District, and Russell County School District. By Larry Smith, The Big Dawg, 99.9 FM We've now heard from Green County School Superintendent Jim Frank and Russell County School District Superintendent Michael Ford. Both the Green County School District and Russell County Schools will be back in session, on regular session, Thursday, January 9, 2014.
