Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at 1pmCT/2pmET, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. David Coffey the officiating clergy. Interment in Caldwell Chapel Cemetery, 2705 Caldwell Ridge Road, Knifley, KY. Visitation will be after 3:30pmCT, Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at the funeral home. She was born on Monday, July 24, 1922 in Baltimore, Maryland She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lonnie & Lula Mae Dixon Blackburn. She died Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY at the age of 91 years, 4 months, and 24 days. She the widow of Quinton Neat who preceded her in death on March 10, 1998 and was preceded in death by three children, James "Jimmy" Lonnie Neat , Thomas Ray Neat & Brenda Sue Neat.
