The Parade: Mother of 4-year-old would like to see more floats Jamie Isabelle writes: I took my son to the parade on Saturday night. It is nice that Columbia tries to do things like this for Adair County. The sad part was it was more like a car show than anything else. My son is 4 and started getting bored until the few floats came by and he enjoyed the lights on them. I just wished there were more participation in the floats. I understand they take money and work to build, but that is what make a parade in my opinion. Thanks. - Jamie isabelleComments re article 63859 Monday morning quarterback suggests 2 band Parade This story was posted on 2013-12-09 15:46:22
