Gary M. Godby, age 75, of Frankfort, KY passed away on Saturday November 23, 2013, at the Frankfort Regional Hospital. He was born in Louisville, KY on Saturday, September 3, 1938 to the late Olin F. and Lucille Elliott Godby.

Funeral Services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday November 27, 2013 at Middleburg Cemetery. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery. There will be no vsitation.

Gary M. Godby, was born in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY on Saturday, September 3, 1938. He was the son of the late Olin F. and Lucille Elliott Godby. He died in Frankfort, Franklin County, KY, on Saturday, September 3, 2013, at the age of 75 years, 2 months, and 20 days.

He was a retired from Kentucky State Police and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Survivors include: One son: Gregory Godby of Lawrenceburg, KY
  • One daughter: Karen Rowe of Crestwood, KY

  • Two grandchildren

  • Three brothers: Olin D. Godby of Dallas, TX, Russell Godby of Albuquerque, NM and Forrest Godby of Lexington, KY
