Volleyball - NAIA National Championship Pool play announced Blue Raiders face Biola, Dordt and Indiana Wesleyan in Pool C Next - LWC Volleyball faces Dordt College at 8:30pmCT/9:30pmET, Sunday, December 3, 2013 at Gateway Arena, 401 Gordon DR, Sioux City, IA By Charles Balcom KANSAS CITY, MO - The 2013 NAIA National Championship Final Site Pool Play assignments and schedule have been released, the national office announced on Sunday. Lindsey Wilson (36-3) advanced directly to the final site pool play after finishing as one of the top 11 teams in the nation that received an opening round bye, along with host Briar Cliff (Iowa). The Blue Raiders have been placed in Pool C along with No. 3 Biola (CA) University, No. 15 Dordt (Iowa) College and Indiana Wesleyan University. Biola (22-3) also received an opening round bye while Dordt (23-7) defeated Cardinal Stretch (WI) 3-1 to punch their ticket to pool play. Indiana Wesleyan (29-10) swept Bryan (TN) in the opening round to advance to the final site. Lindsey Wilson opens pool play against Dordt on December 3 at 8:30pmCT, followed by a match with Indiana Wesleyan at 8pmCT on December 4. The Blue Raiders wrap up pool play against Biola on December 5 at 8pmCT. The top-two teams from each of the six pools advance to the next round. The four-highest ranked teams that advance from pool play advance directly to the quarterfinals.
