She was a member of the Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Ms. Cloma is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Sherwood Murphy, who died January 19, 2000; a son, George Denver Murphy; a daughter, Reva Dean Murphy; three brothers, Oris, Gid and Clovis Elliott; two sisters, Irene Spears and Pauline Pittman; and a grandchild.
