George Rice: Sees nothing but courteous drivers here

George Rice writes:
Maybe Joyce Coomer and I could get together and set up some watch out stations for these speeding vehicles. I wouldn't know where to watch as I'm all over town many days and see nothing but courteous drivers. Somehow I feel strongly that Columbia is a safe and friendly town to be in.

Today I made numerous trips around town and observed numerous drivers stopping for pedestrians and to let cars out of busy side roads. Or could it be that I am one of those speeding drivers and just don't know it. But If I am why do all those others vehicles keep accumulating following behind me up Butler's branch on Hwy 551 coming into Columbia. - George Rice
