He leaves 12 direct living descendants Mr. Otha Rubel Sallee (Buddy), 75, Taylor Co., KY (1937-2013) He was born Saturday, December 18, 1937. He died Friday, November 15, 2013, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 75 years, 10 months, and 28 days. He is survived by his wife Zelma (Tucker) Sallee, and the following:
