Adair Drama presents The Magic Golden Apples at ACPC Click on headline for story with photo(s) By April Shepard News from Adair County Drama Club The Adair County Drama Club invites all to join in their quest for The Magic Golden Apples, at 7pmCT, November 14, 2013, at the Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY. The story unfolds on the quadruplet princesses' 17th birthday when four brave lords come to Lah-Dee-Dah to woo and wed the princesses. When the princes arrive, however, they discover there are only three princesses, and they think they're triplets. The princesses are unaware that when they were born, they were cursed by the evil Worm Wizard, making one of them disappear and the other three each suffer their own unique, eccentric and funny curse. Luckily, Sweet Bliss, the good fairy queen, presented the royal family with four magic golden apples, which would release the curse upon being eaten by all four princesses on their 17th birthday. If only they knew where the fourth princess was! To makes matters worse, Worm Wizard steals the magic golden apples, and it looks as though the princesses' curse will never be lifted. Loaded with fun and quirky characters, including Dogster the narrator and entertaining audience participation, this lighthearted comedy has humor for all ages.
