Fresh Greens at the Farmers Market today

2013-11-09 - Adair Annex Parking Lot, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Barbara Armitage. Crisp greens and lettuces and fresh eggs are available at Darrell Bunnell's Coview Farms booth this morning at the Farmers Market on the Square, open for the last time this season from 8am-12noonCT, Saturday, November 8, 2013. Looks like everything needed - with grits and/or cornbread - for a complete dinner. If anyone has a recipe they would use on "Iron Chef" using these ingredients - and of course it's a give you're allowed to go to your smokehouse and cut off all the ham and ham fat needed for seasoning; any fool knows that - why we'd love to share it an episode of Epicurean Kentuckian.
