Proclamation: Veterans Awareness Week 2013

The Week of November 11th, 2013
As Columbia/Adair County Veterans Awareness Week


WHEREAS, the City of Columbia and the County of Adair designate the week of November 11th as Veterans Week.

WHEREAS, the contributions and sacrifices of the men and women in Columbia and Adair County, who have served and are serving in the Armed forces have been vital in maintaining the freedoms and way of life enjoyed by the residents of City of Columbia and the County of Adair.

WHEREAS, citizens of the City of Columbia and Adair County are encouraged to honor and thank our Veterans for all they have given in service to this county.

NOW, THEREFORE, as Mayor of the City of Columbia and Judge Executive of Adair County do hereby proclaim November 11th, 2013, Veterans Awareness Week in the City of Columbia and the County of Adair County.

Judge, Mayor, proclaim Veterans Awareness Week
