Great Experiment, Jane Todd Crawford, play Oct. 26 & Nov. 2 Click on headline for announcement with photo(s) By Jelaine Tucker Harlow "The Great Experiment of 1809", a play about Jane Todd Crawford written by Lanny Tucker, will be performed Saturday, October 26 and Saturday, November 2, at 6pmCT, both nights, in the new Community Arts Center, 110 West Court Street, Greensburg. Entrance is from the rear parking lot of the Green County Public Library. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students with proceeds to the Green County Historical Society. The accompany photo shows these members of the cast: Angelina Alcott as Jane Todd Crawford, awaiting her experimental 1809 surgery; Randy Davenport as Danville Dr. Ephraim McDowell preparing his knife.
