KSP Post 4 investigating death of Vine Grove, KY man

No foul play suspected

News from Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown

VINE GROVE, KY - On Thursday, October 3, 2013 at approximately 8:40amET, Kentucky State Police Post 04 received a call from the Meade Co. Dispatch in regards to an unresponsive 39 year old man at his residence on Angel Court in Vine Grove.

Stephen Patrick McKinney was located by a family member who called Meade Co. EMS. KSP Post 4 personnel along with the Meade Co. Coroner's office responded to the scene. It was determined through investigation that the victim had been complaining of and dealing with several medical issues. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow at the State Medical Examiner's office in Louisville. No foul play is suspected at this time. The investigation is ongoing by KSP Post 4 Detective Ryan Johnson. - Jeff Gregory
