To Adair County Property Owners PUBLIC NOTICE Due to a computer glitch, some of the 2013 property tax bills have a mistake referencing the collection dates incorrectly. The correct collection dates are as follows: 2% discount if paid by Oct 31, 2013, face amount if paid by Dec 31, 2013, 5% penalty if paid by Jan 31, 2014, 21% penalty if paid after Jan 31, 2014. This change does not affect the amount due. Any questions should be addressed to the Sheriff, PVA, or County Clerk. - Wm. M. Feese, Jr., Adair County Property Valuation Administrator.
