JIM wonders about Willock Building

JIM
I wonder if the following excerpt refers to the Willock building pictured on CM today (Sunday, September 15, 2013). It appeared in the Campbellsville newsletter published in the July 1, 1903 edition of the Adair County News. "'Our Joe" Willock, the energetic and successful grocerman, has contracted with C.R. Hoskins for the building of a 50x60 three story brick business house, across the alley from his present place of business. It is intended for the handling and packing of all kinds of poultry, eggs, etc. The building is leased by Grinstead & Co., Louisville, for five years. Mr.Willock already has a large two story poultry house leased to the same company."
