Silent City will be Monday, October 28, 2013

Adair County Public Library, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY

Adair County Genealogy Society along with the Adair County Public Library (ACPL) will host, free of charge, the "Silent City" Columbia City Cemetery (Google Map) Walking Tour, starting at the ACPL, 307 Greensburg Street (Google Map), Columbia, KY, on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 5pmCT.



The tour begins at the Adair County Public Library and proceeds from there to the cemetery. Bring your umbrella in case of rain and warm coats in case of chilly weather.

There will be a free video presentation at at 6pmCT, Monday, October 7, 2013, and againg after the October 28, 2013, Silent City presentation at the Adair County Public Library (Google Map), 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. The video, a first ever for ACPL, will feature some county cemeteries and their occupants. Here is a list of performers involved. . .

This year, Silent City will be performed starting from the library, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, Monday, October 28, 2013, at 5pmCT. This year, in addition, there will be a video showing about cemeteries in other parts of Adair County, shown at 5pmCT, Monday, October 7, 2013, at the library. Both events are Free and refreshments will be served at both.
