Fire? Another liability for Fiscal Court with Crossbow? Another great idea??? Wayne Armitage writes: So if they kill all the grass and weeds along the road there will ba a great fire risk. Since most all smokers throw their cigarette butts out the window there will most certainly be more field fires. Just look at all the stop signs and red light that are littered with cigarette butts.
