Columbia man arrested on stolen property charge James R. Jacobs also arrested on 2 outstanding warrants from Green County Click on headline for story with photo(s) Larry Smith, FM 92.7 FM, Columbia-Russell Springs, KY, is reporting that Adair County Deputy Sheriff B.J. Bray arrested 29 year old James R. Jacobs, Columbia, KY on September 4, 2013, on a charge of receiving stolen property. Jacobs was also arrested on two outstanding warrants from Green County. FM 92.7 the WAVE is reporting that Jacobs was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail this morning, Friday, September 6, 2013. The WAVE says that the arrest appears to be part of a larger story yet to be released by law enforcement. The arrest took place in the 100 block of Miller Avenue, Columbia, KY between Jamestown Street and Bryant Street, an area cordoned off for much of the day on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
