The Adair County School District is proud to spotlight Mr. Randall Sneed this week. The 2013/2014 school year marks Mr. Sneed's 16th year as a custodian with the Adair County School District.

He started his career at Col. Wm. Casey Elementary where his hard work and dedication was rewarded and by the time the doors closed Mr. Sneed was the Head Custodian.

Randall takes great pride in his position and worked tirelessly this summer preparing for the move into the new Adair County Primary Center where he continues to be the Head Custodian. When Mr. Sneed was asked about the past summer he simply replied "We survived".

Randall and his wife Amanda, are the proud parents of two children. Andrew is a fifth grader at Adair County Elementary School and Natalie is in kindergarten at Adair County Primary Center.

Outside of his position at ACPC Randall does even more custodial work through independent contracts. Most of his free time is devoted to his family and spending time with his children. This past summer, as if moving into a new school wasn't enough, Randall and his wife undertook the task of adding on to their home and getting settled into that as well. It certainly has been a busy summer for the Sneed family.

When asked about Randall, Patty Jones, Principal at ACPC, had this to say, "I don't know how I would have survived the summer without Randall and the team of custodians who worked with him. They spent countless hours, days, nights and weekends to make sure that our school was ready for students on August 14. They are the true heroes of this move."

The Adair County School District would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sneed for all his years of hard work and dedication to the students and staff of Col. Wm. Casey and now the Adair County Primary Center where he is a valued team member.
