News from Gradyville Baptist Church

Gradyville Baptist Church fish fry on August 10, 2013 was a huge success. Starting at 2pmCT with children's activities and games, we had well over 100 children attending. The fish fry started at 4 pm and ended at 6 pm with an estimated 350 or more people passing through and being fed. Then the singing started at 6pmCT with a very large crowd enjoying fellowship and being spiritually uplifted in song.

A special thank you is being sent to the congregation of GBC without whom this could not have been accomplished. Also, recognition to Debbie Bennett for coordinating the event. Thanks to the community for coming and thanks to ColumbiaMagazine.com and Ed Waggener who has helped promote this in a big way.

To see something like this grow from a small meal to a very large event is very humbling. CM worded it very well when you described the year long revival that has been happening at GBC.

Thanks to all, - Mike Bennett for Gradyville Baptist Church, Bro. Keith Fields, Pastor. 159 Old Gradyville Church Road, Columbia, KY.
