KSP investigating Decatur Spur RD stabbing altercation Travis L. Passmore, 18, Dunnville, KY, treated at Russell County Hospital for multiple stab wounds said to have occurred six miles north of Russell Springs, KY. Kentucky State Police Detective Jamie Richard is investigating the incident By Tpr. Clint Walker, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY (Russell Springs, KY) - Thursday, August 8, 2013, Kentucky State Police Post 15 Columbia received a call in reference to a male subject with multiple stabs wounds who had been taken by private vehicle to the Russell County Hospital, in Russell Springs, KY. Investigation revealed the victim, Travis L. Passmore, age 18, of Dunnville, KY, suffered multiple stab wounds during an altercation on Decatur Spur Road, six miles north of Russell Springs, KY. He is currently listed in critical condition at University of Kentucky Medical Center. No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is continuing by Detective Jamie Richard.
