Burial in the Caldwell Chapel Cemetery 2705 Caldwell Ridge Road, Knifley, KY. Visitation will be after 3:30pmCT/4:30pmET, on Monday, August 5, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
