Adair Co. Primary Center Parent meeting, Aug. 8, 2013

Parents/guardians will be given information regarding transportation, start and end times, traffic patterns and more at Thursday, August 8, 2013 meeting at Col. Wm Casey Gym

News from the Adair County Primary Center

There will be an Informational Meeting for all parents/guardians who will have a child attending the new Adair County Primary Center during the 2013-2014 school year. The school will house all district students in grades Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade. Their will be two sessions conducted on from 5pm-7pmCT, Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the Col. Wm. Casey Elementary gym, 220 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY, , depending on your last name.
- All families whose last name starts with A-J are asked to attend the 5pmCT session.
- All families whose last name starts with K-Z are asked to attend the 6pmCTsession.
There will be information regarding transportation, start and end times, traffic patterns and more. You will be able to meet your child's teacher and exchange address, transportation, and contact information. David Jones, Transportation Director, has arranged for bus tours to demonstrate the traffic flow to and from ACPC.

I encourage all parents of ACPC students to attend this important session. On the morning of August 14, all parents will be able to take their child to their new classroom and see where they will be located in the new building. We are just as anxious as everyone else to get in and get started on the year at our great new school. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
