J.C. Reliford, 86, formerly of Adair Co., KY (d. July 28, 2013) He was the son of the late Jim & Anna Kemp Reliford of Adair County, KY. He was the husband of Opal Reliford, who survives. He leaves 19 direct living descendants. He served his country in the United States Army, retired after 36 years from I.C.I. Americas.
