Phyllis Shofner Sullivan, 55, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 6:15amET, Wednesday, July 24, 2013, in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral service will be at 10amCT/11amET, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Bro. Fella Wilson, Bro. Todd Davis and Bro. David Boils. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Friday, July 26, 2013, at the funeral home.

Phyllis Shofner Sullivan of Campbellsville, KY was the daughter of the late Oscar W. Shofner and Alma Sidebottom Shofner. She was born in Taylor County, KY, Friday, February 24, 1958. She Wednesday, July 24, 2013, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 55 years, 5 months.


She was employed as an office assistant for Dr. Eugene H. Shively for over twenty years.

She united in marriage to Sammy Sullivan August 3, 1985. He preceded her in death February 22, 2002.

She is survived by the following:
  • One daughter and son-in-law: Brandi and Jody Graham of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Dayne Graham and Sully Graham, Campbellsville, KY

  • Two brothers and one sister: Larry Shofner and wife, Glenna, Bobby Shofner and wife, Linda and Aletta Johnson of Campbellsville, KY

  • And many other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by a special friend, Ronnie Shuffett.

Expresssions of sympathy requested to be donations to hospitce of Central Kentucky and may be made at the funeral home.
