Robert Cummings comments: on bushwhacking Robert Cumming writes: In regard to the "bushwacking" of parkway right-of-way "volunteer" scrub vegetation, it is done in the interest of traffic safety as well as a deterrent to illegal clandestine marijuana planted along public roads.
