Omar A. Hendrickson, 38, of Louisville, KY, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at 5:15amET, at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia KY, with Rev. William Paul Harden delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 10amCT/11amET, Saturday, July 20, 2013.

He was born Wednesday, February 26, 1975, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY. He was the son of Walter O. Hendrickson, Sr. and the late Joanne Zachery Hendrickson. He died Monday, July 15, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 38 years, 4 months, and 17 days.

He was a member of Shively Christian Church and was employed by Rev-A-Shelf.

Survivors include:
  • His father & step-mother: Walter O. Sr., & Sandra Hendrickson, of Louisville, KY

  • One brother: Walter O. Hendrickson, Jr., of Louisville, KY

  • One sister: Honour Q. Hill of Atlanta, GA

  • Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
