Betty Ann Gilbert age 52 years of Columbia, Ky. passed away Monday, July 8, 2013 at 9:55 AM at her home.

Funeral service Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 10amCT/11amET, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bernice Hall Hamtton the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery847 Independence Road, Breeding, KY. Visitation will be after 4pmCT/5pmET at the funeral home.


Betty Gilbert, 52, Columbia, KY (1960-2013)


She was born on Sunday, August 14, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Preston Albert Gilbert & Betty Lou Corbin Gilbert who survives, of Columbia, KY. She died Monday, July 8, 2013, at the age of 52 years, 10 months, and 25 days.

Besides her mother she is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Brittney Gilbert of Columbia, KY

  • One son: Preston Allen Gilbert of Glensfork, KY

  • Two sisters: Linda Sue Kain of Blanchester, Ohio; and Joyce Lynn (Samuell J.) Allen of Blanchester, Ohio

  • Two brothers: Preston Wayne (Maggie) Gilbert of Batavia, Ohio; and Robert Lee Gilbert of Glensfork, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Destiny Roy, Breann Roy, and Adriana Gomez

  • Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
