72 attend 16th Annual Conover School Reunion 16th Conover School Reunion May 25, 2013 Click on headline for complete list of those in attendance, photo(s) By Fern Roy The 16th Annual Conover School Reunion was held on May 25, 2013. Each year students of the one-room schoolhouse gather together to talk about old times and enjoy a potluck meal. This year there were 31 students in attendance and 41 visitors. Conover school is located on Freedom Church Road and now serves as Fellowship Hall for the Freedom Separate Baptist Church. Students attending: Danny Burton, Leo Bryant, Kenneth Bryant, Leon Huff, Tommy Murray, Arnold Burton, Charlie Roy, Mike Burton, Fern Huff Roy, Gary Burton, Lacona Huff Bryant, Helen Conover Curry, Arlin Wheat, Dickie Scholl, Donnie Conover, Lora Huff Atchley, Pam Blair Hancock, Jerry Bryant, Lois Huff White, Mike Blair, Wanda Blair Woofter, Larry Bryant, Avanell Powell, Garnet Cravens, Mary Lou Conover Ashbrook, J.B.
