Notice of Wildlife Commission nomination meeting

The Fourth District Wildlife Commission selection meeting will be held at 7:30pmCT, Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at the Caverna high School Gym, 2276 S Dixie Street, Horse Cave, KY. The purpose of the meeting is to nominate five people whose names will be submitted to Gov. Steve Beshear who will then appoint one nominee to a four year term on the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Commission, subject to State Senate confirmation. All area sportsmen are encouraged to attend this meeting to help select someone who will best represent our district. You are eligible to vote if you have for the past two years purchased a hunting and fishing license, or hunted or fished in Kentucky but were not required to purchase a license. - Richard Phelps, Adair County Wildlife Conservation Club.
