Trusting CACEDA Board to do right thing for GR Commerce Park

'All concerned want what is best for Columbia/ Adair County and are committed to make sure the correct type of industry is allowed in the park' - ROB WILKERSON

By Rob Wilkerson

I know many people including myself are concerned about how the Green River Commerce park is developed.

All concerned want what is best for Columbia/ Adair County and are committed to make sure the correct type of industry is allowed in the park.

The protective covenants in place will protect current residents and nearby landowners from property devaluation and nuisance causing developments.

I leave my trust in the current CACEDA board members to follow these protective covenants and make the correct choices about any new projects that may be up for discussion. - Rob Wilkerson
