Adair Democratic Women will have bake sale at June Dairy Day Will be in Fountain Area, near 102 Public Square. Proceeds support Bernice Flowers scholarship fund By Victoria Browning Pike News from the Adair County Democratic Women's Club The Adair County Democrat Women's Club will be having a bake sale to benefit our scholarship fund at June Dairy Day, June 15, 2013, 102 Public Square starting at 9amCT/10amET. We will be in the fountain area close to Grimsley\'s Jewelry. Please bring your baked goods, either packaged single or whole, priced by start time of 9amCT/10amET. If you need to leave it the day before, please call me at 270-384-3348 or Cynthia Rowe at 384-5431. Monetary donations also appreciated and it goes to providing an ACHS Senior a $500 scholarship each year. Also, please stop by with your annual dues. These must be into the state Democrat Women's Club this month. These help support two state scholarships given during our annual convention in the fall. Membership committee is Margie Collins, Marsha Walker, and Vicky Pike. Thanks to all our loyal members for their most generous donations toward our scholarship in the past.
